Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the order date. Please note that returns for refunds are only permitted if the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you're not completely satisfied with your order from lashterally.com, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. We will process your refund once we receive the item at our warehouse. Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
Return
To return an item:
- Start Return: Scroll to the bottom of the website and click on Start a Return.
- Log In Your Account: Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click Continue. Check your email for a verification code from our store. Enter the six-digit verification code on the site.
- Select Order: Click Request Return for the order you wish to return. If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.
- Provide Return Details: Choose a Return Reason and click Request Return to submit your request.
- Receive Instructions: If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions. After shipping the return, please send the tracking number and the order number to our customer service email at customerservice@lashterally.com.
- Refund Process: Once our warehouse receives the returned product, we will process your refund in 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: Your return must be accompanied by the following:

Proof of Purchase: A bill of sale indicating the place and date of purchase. If you cannot provide a receipt, a bank statement is acceptable.

Service Tag: Must include the following information: Full name, Address, Model number of the item, Date of purchase, Nature of the problem with the item. This information can be handwritten if you do not have the paperwork.
Refunds

Lashterally.com will refund your credit card for the total amount you originally paid. Please note that any shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable for returned products.

Once our warehouse receives the returned product, we will process your refund in 7 business days. Please remember that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company, too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at customerservice@lashterally.com.
