Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed by 11 AM PST will typically ship within 12-48 hours.
Order Confirmation
After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order number, product information, prices, promo codes, and your shipping and billing details. This email serves as your receipt and can be printed for your records.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website for tracking your order. Most orders are shipped within 12-48 hours after being placed.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email our customer service team at customerservice@lashterally.com. Orders cannot be cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but we will respond on the next business day. Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. Please email us if you need to cancel or reorder any items, as no changes can be made to confirmed orders.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship to all U.S. states via USPS. Please be aware that we do not ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. U.S. shipments may take up to 7 business days for delivery.
Shipping Address
When providing your shipping information, please ensure your city, state, ZIP code, and apartment number (if applicable) are accurate. Any abbreviations, typos, or errors may result in delays or returned shipments. We will make every effort to re-ship items, but if we can't reach you within 10 business days, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
Billing Address
Your billing information must match the billing address on your credit card exactly — including name, street, city, state, ZIP code, and apartment number. Any discrepancies will prevent order processing. Please contact your financial institution if you need to verify your billing address.
Shipping Delays
Please note that you may experience shipping delays due to a high volume of orders and USPS processing times. Actual delivery dates can vary based on factors like origin, destination, acceptance date, and other conditions, so we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Missing/Lost Packages and Damaged/Stolen Items
We cannot be responsible for packages once they are in the possession of USPS, DHL, or any other delivery service. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please reach out directly to the delivery service for assistance. If you provide us with a USPS claim number and detailed information, we may be able to help you further.
